    Our recipe of the week is a Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie

    -Ripe Banana

    -Tablespoon of almond butter

    – 1 and ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    -1/3 cup dark Hershey’s coco (unsweetened)

    – Tablespoon vanilla

    – Splenda sweetener to taste

    – 12 ice cubes

    Blend together and enjoy!
