The Sound Room – a joint project of the Reading Eagle and WEEU Broadcasting Company – is an intimate studio space that has been created in the Fourth and Court streets headquarters of WEEU 830 AM, Berks County’s only locally owned radio station.
With outdated audio equipment serving as the backdrop, artists perform miniconcerts that are recorded and archived for posterity.
Check out these clips from past Sound Room sessions, including artists that have performed at Berks Jazz Fest and the first annual Berks Country Fest!
