On Friday, October 4th Feedback host Mike Faust welcomed four survivors of the Mukden Japanese Prison Camp to the program. Randall Edwards, Ralph Griffith, Erwin Johnson, and Robert Rosendahl told their heroic stories about their mistreatment by the Japanese during WWII.
Mukden was located in Manchuria in Northeast China. They were held there from November 1942 until August 1945. They worked seven days a week building tools for the enemy.
Many American prisoners were starving and beaten. They didn’t have adequate heat in the winter. The water that they drank was contaminated. They never received any of the Red Cross packages that were sent to their camp.
